Resumeox provides resume and application-document tools for signed-in users. Current implemented launch features have no paid checkout or subscription.
By using Resumeox, you agree to these terms. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Only use an account and content you are authorized to use. Report suspected unauthorized access through the published support channel when available.
You retain ownership of your resume, CV and cover-letter content. You authorize Resumeox and its service providers to process, store and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure the requested service. This is not a transfer of ownership.
Use the tools for legitimate document creation and application preparation. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate someone, access another user?s documents, bypass security controls, upload malicious files or overload the service. Use truthful information and respect other people?s privacy and intellectual property.
ATS Readiness, Job Match and Resume Compare provide guidance based on Resumeox?s current deterministic criteria. They are not official employer assessments and do not guarantee parsing by every ATS, an interview or employment. Review imported content, suggestions, links and exported pages before using them.
The tools depend on hosting, authentication and storage providers. Availability, features and supported formats may change. Keep your own backups and check cloud-save status; unsynced drafts may remain only in the current browser. Third-party sign-in services have their own terms.
Resumeox?s application design, code and original templates remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights and licenses. Your document content remains yours. You may use supported exports for your applications.
Access may be restricted to address misuse or security concerns. The tools may contain errors or become unavailable. They are provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular employment outcome. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the update date. If paid services are introduced later, their terms will be presented before any purchase. No automatic renewal, payment collection or refund program is active in this launch.
